I am a member of the graduating class of 2009, the “lost class.” When I graduated law school the legal profession was experiencing a period of “negative growth” due to the recession and there were few, if any, legal jobs to be had. In spite of that, and with a little help, I managed to get a job at a large not-for-profit corporation and have since moved on to the administrative side of a large law firm. What I lack in longevity in the legal profession, I make up for with in-depth research, creativity, and tenacity.
This site is intended to help people. I will take the legal questions that I have been asked out in the real world, and any that I receive via this site and give an answer on the general legal issues presented to me. While I cannot represent an individual that I encounter on this site, I will happily guide a person to the representation that they need.
